Thank you for supporting Temple Healing Equity Restoration Order.

Please read this No Refund Policy carefully before purchasing digital products, music bundles, downloads, subscriptions, or other online materials through t-h-e-r-o.com.

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of digital music, audio files, PDFs, workbooks, guides, videos, podcasts, templates, study materials, and online access products are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once a digital product has been purchased, accessed, streamed, downloaded, or delivered, refunds are not provided.

2. Why Refunds Are Limited

Digital products cannot be physically returned. Once delivered, the purchaser may have access to the files, music, writings, teachings, or materials. For that reason, we use a no-refund policy for digital items.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may review the order and, at our discretion, issue a correction, store credit, replacement access, or refund for the duplicate purchase.

4. Technical Access Problems

If you have trouble accessing a purchased product, contact us at [Insert Email Address].

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product, resend download links, provide alternate delivery, or correct technical issues.

A technical issue does not automatically create a refund right if the product can be delivered or accessed by another reasonable method.

5. Subscriptions or Listening Room Access

If a paid listening room, membership, or subscription is offered, cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund prior payments already processed.

Access may continue until the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.

6. Donations and Support Payments

Donations and voluntary support payments are generally non-refundable.

Donations are not payments for guaranteed results, services, products, legal outcomes, spiritual outcomes, or healing outcomes.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a payment dispute, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

Stripe notes that refund and dispute processes may involve evidence such as terms, refund policies, and proof of digital access or download activity.

8. Agreement at Checkout

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product or access item.
  • Delivery may occur immediately.
  • Digital sales are final.
  • You have read and accepted this No Refund Policy.
  • You have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
