Guide Others. Build Something Bigger.

Guide Others. Build Something Bigger.

Two Ways to Bring T.H.E.R.O. Beyond Yourself

Some people are ready to do more than grow personally — they’re ready to help others do the same, whether that’s one person at a time or across an entire organization.

T.H.E.R.O. offers two ways to do that, and they’re built for different scales of responsibility. Both are rooted in the same Guided Personal Stewardship (GPS) framework, the same Three Chambers, and the same commitment to responsible, non-clinical guidance. The difference is who you’re serving, and how many people you’re serving them through.

Neither path requires you to already be an expert. Both require you to take your own honest step first.

Which One Fits You?

If You Guide People Directly

You’re a coach, mentor, teacher, ministry leader, consultant, or another kind of guide who already has people who trust you — one at a time, or in small groups you personally lead.

The Facilitator Membership gives you the tools to assign assessments, review reports, and support real conversations without turning GPS into diagnosis, shame, or a script.

If You Represent an Organization

You lead or represent a school, ministry, business, nonprofit, healthcare practice, or community program that needs to support many people at once — with oversight, structure, and accountability across the whole group.

The Organization Membership gives your organization a dashboard, cohorts, seats, and reporting designed to deliver GPS responsibly at scale.

Why This Distinction Matters

A single facilitator guiding a handful of people they already know needs a different level of structure than an institution deploying this across dozens or hundreds of participants. Collapsing the two into one option would either under-serve organizations that need real oversight, or over-complicate things for a coach who just wants to help the people already in front of them.

Choosing the path that actually matches your scale of responsibility is itself part of using T.H.E.R.O. responsibly.

Built on the Same Foundation

Whichever path you choose, you’re working from the same foundation as every participant:

And the same Three Chambers — Inner Kingdom, Temple Healing, and Equity Restoration — shape every conversation you’ll help guide, whether it’s with one person or across an entire organization.

Platform Pricing

Both paths give you access to the same foundation — assessments, the Human Condition Atlas, the Chronicle Collection, Infinity Keys, guided practices, workshops, books, workbooks, and structured transformation pathways — so you’re not building a curriculum from scratch before you can serve anyone.

Facilitator Membership — $97/month
Full platform access for guiding individuals and small groups you work with directly.

Organization Membership — starting at $497/month
Full platform access plus cohorts, seats, facilitator management, and reporting for organizations supporting larger or multiple groups. Pricing scales with the size and structure of your program.

Because the assessments, curriculum, and delivery tools are already built, most facilitators and organizations use the platform as the foundation for services they charge for themselves — assessment sessions, guided packages, cohorts, workshops, memberships, resource sales. As one illustrative example: a single $125 assessment session is enough to cover a month of Facilitator access, before any other client, package, or workshop.

What you charge, how many people you serve, and how you structure your offer is entirely up to you and your program — the platform is the foundation you build on, not a projected outcome.

Not Sure Yet?

If you’re not sure whether you’re guiding individuals directly or representing a larger group, start with the free introductory assessment yourself. Experiencing GPS as a participant first is the most honest way to understand what you’d be guiding others through.
