Use Your T.H.E.R.O. Access Code

T.H.E.R.O. uses different codes for different forms of entry. Before entering your code, identify who provided it and what you were invited to access.

A participant or purchase-access code does not perform the same function as a facilitator invitation code. Choose the correct pathway below so your account, role, access, and organizational relationship are established properly.

Participant, Product, or Cohort Access

Choose this pathway if you received a code connected to a purchase, sponsored access, assessment package, participant cohort, workshop, course, or limited-access program.

This code establishes the access included with the product or program connected to your invitation. It does not enroll you as a facilitator.

Facilitator Invitation

Choose this pathway if an organization invited you to serve within T.H.E.R.O. as a facilitator, guide, teacher, coach, mentor, ministry leader, consultant, or program representative.

This code connects your facilitator account to the inviting organization and establishes your authorized role within its participant or cohort structure. It should not be used for ordinary participant access.

Which Code Do I Have?

Use the Participant, Product, or Cohort pathway when your code was provided so you could access something purchased, assigned, sponsored, or included in a program.

Use the Facilitator Invitation pathway when an organization specifically invited you to guide, assign, review, or support participants within its T.H.E.R.O. structure.

If your invitation does not clearly identify the code type, contact the person or organization that provided it before creating your account. Using the wrong pathway may establish the wrong role or prevent the intended access from being applied.
