Enter Facilitator Invitation Code

Use this page only when a facilitator or organization has invited you to enter its structure as a facilitator.

A facilitator may serve as a coach, mentor, teacher, ministry leader, consultant, program guide, or other authorized person responsible for supporting participants through structured assessment and development.

What This Code Establishes

A valid facilitator invitation code identifies the inviting facilitator or organization and begins the process of connecting your facilitator account to that organization.

This relationship allows the platform to recognize your authorized role within the organization’s participant, assessment, cohort, seat, and reporting structure. Your access remains subject to the role, permissions, and available resources assigned through the organization.

After Your Invitation Is Validated

Follow the account-creation and onboarding instructions presented by the platform. Use the email address intended for your facilitator account and complete all required profile and onboarding information accurately.

After setup, your facilitator area should reflect the organization, permissions, participant groups, seats, or development tools assigned to your role.

Important Role Distinction

A facilitator account carries responsibilities that do not belong to an ordinary participant account. Facilitators are expected to protect participant information, use reports responsibly, maintain appropriate boundaries, avoid diagnosis or labeling, and support honest development without shame, coercion, or excuse-making.

A facilitator invitation code is not a participant discount, product-access code, or general membership code. If you received a code connected to a purchase, assessment package, workshop, course, or participant cohort, return to the Code Access Gateway and choose the participant or purchase pathway.

Invitation Not Working?

Confirm that the code was entered exactly as provided and that you are using the email address intended by the inviting organization. If the invitation remains invalid, expired, or unavailable, contact the organization that issued it.

T.H.E.R.O. should not independently assign you to an organization without a valid invitation or confirmation from that organization.
