Please read this policy before purchasing digital music, bundles, downloads, subscriptions, or other online materials through t-h-e-r-o.com.
1. Digital Sales Are Final
Because digital products may be accessed, streamed, downloaded, or delivered immediately, all digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
This includes music, audio files, PDFs, workbooks, guides, videos, podcasts, templates, study materials, and online access products.
2. No Returns on Digital Products
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Once delivered, the purchaser may have access to the files or materials. For that reason, refunds are not provided after access, delivery, streaming, or download.
3. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 7 days. We may review the order and, at our discretion, issue a correction, replacement access, store credit, or refund for the duplicate purchase.
4. Technical Access Problems
If you have trouble accessing a purchased product, contact:
We will make reasonable efforts to resend links, provide alternate delivery, or correct technical access issues.
A technical issue does not automatically create a refund right if the product can be delivered by another reasonable method.
5. Subscriptions or Listening Room Access
If subscriptions or paid listening access are offered, cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund prior payments already processed.
Access may continue until the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.
6. Donations
Donations and voluntary support payments are generally non-refundable. Donations are not payments for guaranteed products, results, legal outcomes, spiritual outcomes, or healing outcomes.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before filing a payment dispute, contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Stripe notes that refund and terms evidence can matter in payment disputes, especially proof that customers saw and agreed to policies.
8. Agreement at Checkout
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
You are purchasing a digital product or access item.
Delivery may occur immediately.
Digital sales are final.
