Long Description
GPS Organization Membership is designed for schools, ministries, businesses, nonprofits, community programs, workforce initiatives, youth organizations, coaching practices, training programs, and other organized bodies seeking a structured way to support participant development.
The organization membership creates the administrative structure through which GPS can be delivered across multiple participants, facilitators, cohorts, departments, classes, programs, or service groups.
Organizations use the same four-part GPS interpretation framework:
Gap Type identifies what may be missing, misunderstood, underdeveloped, unsupported, or out of sequence.
Pressure Trigger identifies the condition that activates difficulty.
Protective Behavior identifies how a participant responds when pressure reaches the unresolved area.
Identity Statement identifies what repeated experiences may be teaching a participant to believe about themselves.
These interpretation layers help organizations examine more than visible performance.
A participant who appears disengaged, resistant, inconsistent, silent, overly compliant, defensive, or unable to follow through may be responding to an unresolved gap under pressure. GPS helps the organization explore those patterns without reducing the participant to the behavior.
Organization Membership may include access to:
- Organization onboarding
- Organization administrator dashboard
- Participant-seat purchasing and management
- Facilitator-seat purchasing and management
- Facilitator assignment
- Participant assignment
- Cohort creation and management
- Program, department, class, ministry, or team grouping
- Assessment assignment across cohorts
- Organization-approved assessment pathways
- Participation and completion oversight
- Facilitator activity visibility
- Group-level pattern insights
- Aggregate reporting where available
- Participant and facilitator access controls
- Organization implementation resources
- Responsible-use and privacy guidance
- Future organization tools released within the membership
The organization pathway may operate through:
Organization Setup → Seat Allocation → Facilitator Assignment → Cohort Creation → Participant Enrollment → Assessment Delivery → Guided Support → Program Review
The purpose is not to create a surveillance or labeling system.
GPS should be used to improve:
- Communication
- Participant support
- Instructional sequencing
- Leadership development
- Staff development
- Program delivery
- Responsibility practices
- Retention and engagement
- Facilitator preparation
- Organizational understanding of repeated patterns
Individual participant results should only be accessed according to the permissions, consent structure, and role boundaries established within the platform.
Organization Membership does not convert GPS into a clinical, medical, psychological, legal, employment-screening, or disciplinary instrument. Organizations should not use GPS results as the sole basis for punishment, exclusion, hiring, termination, diagnosis, or other high-impact decisions.
The strongest organizational use of GPS is developmental: identifying where support, clarity, skill-building, sequencing, communication, facilitation, or responsible intervention may be needed.
This membership provides the structure required to move GPS from an individual assessment experience into an organized participant-development system.
